Our research phase is designed to ensure we fully understand the project’s needs. We start with Stakeholder Interviews to gather insights and align on goals. We then conduct Competitor Analysis to spot trends and opportunities, helping us create a unique product. Next, we perform a UX Audit to identify any user experience issues and improve usability. Finally, we develop an Information Architecture (IA) to structure content in a way that’s easy to navigate, ensuring a smooth user journey.

In the UX design phase, we focus on creating a seamless user experience. We start with Lo-fi Wireframing to map out the layout and user flow. Then, we build an Interactive Prototype to test the user journey and gather feedback. Finally, we create Technical Documentation to guide the development team and ensure accurate implementation.

In the UX research phase, we identify the needs and decision drivers of consultants and teams searching for experts. We map the request journey—from submitting a brief to booking a call—to remove friction and reduce time-to-match. We also analyze trust signals (vetting, availability, confidentiality) that impact conversion. Finally, we validate the key flows with quick tests and iterate based on insights.

In the moodboard phase, we define a confident, premium visual direction that communicates trust and credibility. We curate references from leading B2B and fintech platforms to shape typography, color balance, and layout rhythm. We focus on clear hierarchy, spacious UI, and strong CTAs to support fast decision-making. The result is a consistent style foundation for concepts and high-fidelity screens.

In the UI design phase, we begin with a Moodboard to define the visual direction through colors, typography, and imagery. We then create Visual Concepts to explore different design styles, refining the look and feel. Finally, we develop the UI Design, creating high-fidelity, responsive designs that ensure a visually appealing and user-friendly interface.

In the UI implementation phase, we focus on preparing the design for development. We start with Responsive Design, ensuring the interface works seamlessly across all devices. We then create a UI-kit with essential design elements for consistency. Finally, we complete the Developer Handoff, providing all assets and specifications for smooth development.
