Project Timeline

  • Research

    We conducted thorough research on the car marketplace industry, studying competitor platforms to understand how users interact with car listings and the challenges they face. Our goal was to identify key features that enhance user engagement, streamline the buying/selling process, and make the platform intuitive.

  • Briefing

    We aligned with the client on the main objectives: simplify the car discovery process, offer a seamless buying and selling experience, and maintain a clean and modern visual identity. The platform’s design needed to be focused on usability, with clear categorization of vehicles and quick access to essential features like test drives and user communication.

  • Wireframes

    We developed wireframes that outlined the platform’s main pages, focusing on user flows for searching vehicles, listing cars, and viewing details. The wireframes ensured a smooth and intuitive structure that helps users navigate from the homepage to detailed listings and transaction pages effortlessly.

  • UX Research

    We conducted UX research with automotive users to understand their pain points in searching for vehicles and listing them for sale. By examining competitor platforms and conducting user interviews, we identified areas for improvement, such as simplifying search filters and enhancing communication features between buyers and sellers.

  • Moodboard

    We curated a modern and dynamic visual style for the platform, drawing inspiration from high-end automotive brands and digital design trends. The moodboard focused on sleek, professional aesthetics with a balance of minimalism and bold typography to highlight the car listings and essential actions, creating an engaging and visually appealing experience.

  • Design Concepts

    We explored several design concepts that combined sleek, minimalistic elements with vibrant, high-quality imagery of cars. The final design used large images, high contrast, and a well-organized layout to emphasize key information about each vehicle. Clear CTAs and interactive elements were added to ensure that users could easily navigate the buying and selling process.

  • UI Design

    The final UI design features a cohesive system with large typography, clean iconography, and accessible navigation.
