The task was to design a comprehensive dashboard for Lott, a modern marketing agency that specializes in providing access to EU-whitelisted advertising accounts for Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.

Challenge

The challenge was to create a seamless user experience that allows users to easily manage multiple advertising accounts while ensuring the dashboard remains intuitive and visually appealing. The key challenge was to integrate a wide range of functionalities, including wallet management, ad account status, notifications, and account funding, while maintaining the visual identity of the brand. The design needed to be both practical for professional users and accessible to those unfamiliar with complex marketing tools.

Results

The result was a clean, dark-themed interface that provides a clear overview of users’ advertising accounts, along with real-time wallet balances, transaction histories, and notifications. The layout was modular, enabling easy navigation between key features such as Ad Accounts Manager, Wallet, Invoices, and Notifications. The addition of both dark and light themes ensured flexibility in different environments, creating a high-performance dashboard that aligned with the company’s professional branding while delivering an intuitive user experience.

  • Research

    The research phase involved identifying the needs and pain points of digital marketers, focusing on the requirement for efficient, intuitive tools to manage ad accounts and wallet balances. The user base consisted of professionals who manage multiple accounts, so the research focused on streamlining navigation, minimizing clutter, and ensuring the tool supports quick decision-making. We also analyzed competitors in the marketing industry to understand what design elements resonate best with users.

  • Briefing

    The project brief focused on creating a dashboard for Lott, a marketing agency specializing in EU-whitelisted advertising accounts. The dashboard needed to display real-time account statuses (approved, processing, banned), allow users to top-up their balances easily, manage notifications, and track recent transactions. The design was required to balance professional features with a user-friendly interface that could cater to both seasoned marketers and newcomers to the platform.

  • Wireframes

    The wireframes for this dashboard focused on modularity, ensuring each element could be easily accessed. The layout included a top navigation bar for quick access to key features like Ad Accounts, Wallet, and Invoices. The main dashboard would display a list of accounts with status indicators and balance information, with the ability to top up directly from this view. Wireframes ensured that the user could seamlessly interact with various sections without feeling overwhelmed by information.

The color palette consisted of dark backgrounds with contrasting vibrant highlights, inspired by financial tools and crypto platforms.
