The client’s vision was to create an intuitive, visually compelling website that not only simplifies the shopping process but also strengthens customer loyalty and trust in the quality of the products offered.

Project Timeline

  • Market Research:

    We conducted a thorough analysis of competitors in the online footwear space, identifying key trends and design elements that resonate with the target audience.

  • Briefing

    We aligned on the product goals, target audience, and key conversion flows for an online sneaker store. We defined the required pages, filters, and product details needed to support fast discovery and a frictionless checkout.

  • Wireframes

    We created wireframes for key pages—Home, Catalog, Product Detail, Cart, and Checkout—to validate layout and content hierarchy. Interactive prototypes helped refine navigation, filtering, and CTAs for a smoother shopping experience.

  • UX Research

    We studied how users browse and compare sneakers, focusing on search behavior, filtering preferences, and decision triggers. Findings informed the structure of categories, product cards, and PDP details to reduce drop-offs.

  • Moodboard

    We curated visual references from modern fashion and streetwear stores to define the brand mood and UI direction. The moodboard focused on bold typography, clean whitespace, strong imagery, and energetic accent colors.

  • Design Concepts

    We explored several homepage and catalog concepts to balance branding with usability and conversion. Concepts were iterated to highlight promotions, simplify product discovery, and keep the experience consistent across categories.

  • UI Design

    We designed a polished, responsive interface with reusable components for product cards, filters, and checkout steps. The final UI emphasizes clarity, speed, and a premium look that supports trust and purchase decisions.
